Fruity bouquet with slightly aromatic and mineral notes. Dry and zesty on the palate.
Straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose is intense, with fruity aromas and slightly aromatic, mineral hints. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly fresh, of great elegance.
Excellent like an aperitif, it is also perfect with important dishes like raw seafood, oysters, truffles, raw trout filets, fried frogs, snails; herbs risotto and grilled fish.
