Give soul to wine, make it unique, unrepeatable, intimately tied to its soil: these are the motivations and philosophy behind Maso Poli.
All farming activities are dedicated to growing grapes, focused exclusively on a few typical and native vine varieties, performed according to strict parameters that require constant research and selection so as to achieve the best possible quality.
Grapes are left long on the vines to ripen and receive, from these soils, the character of this zone which becomes a brand.
Grapevine density and expert winemaking create the agro/geographic value of Maso Poli and characterize the high quality of its products: wines with great structure and unique personality

Tutta l'attività dell'azienda agricola è dedicata alla coltivazione della vite, che è concentrata solo su alcune specie di vitigni autoctoni e tipici, attuata in base a parametri rigorosi che implicano selezione e ricerca costante per ottenere la massima qualità possibile.

THE CELLARS
In the Maso Poli cellars, all phases of winemaking express a happy marriage between traditional techniques and modern methods. Grapes from single vineyards are processed separately, using different winemaking techniques, in order to preserve the different characteristics of each soil and give special and distinctive flavors to the wine. These, perfectly balanced, one with the other, create the complexity and uniqueness of a wine. Grapes are cold macerated to extract their primary aromatic substances and undergo fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures to give refinement to their bouquets.
